1. The service
Curaquik Health is a marketplace. We help families find licensed nurses and help nurses receive and manage home visits. We are not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service. For a medical emergency in Uganda, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details when you register. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and PIN safe. Notify us if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or unsafe practice.
3. Clients
When you book a visit you are requesting care from an independent nurse. You agree to provide a safe location, accurate information about the person receiving care, and enough notice if you need to cancel. Curaquik Health does not replace advice from a doctor.
4. Nurses
Nurses must hold a valid practicing license and submit documents for review. You appear in search only after verification. You agree to accept or decline requests promptly, arrive as agreed, and keep client information confidential. False license details are grounds for immediate removal.
5. Bookings and visit tracking
A booking is a request until the nurse accepts it. Status updates (accepted, en route, arrived, complete) are provided so both sides can follow the visit. Chat inside a booking is for coordinating that visit only.
6. Conduct
Do not harass, discriminate, or request anything outside professional nursing. Either party may report a problem through a complaint or the contact form. Confirmed complaints can lead to a temporary or permanent suspension.
7. Liability
Care is provided by the nurse, not by Curaquik Health. We verify licenses and provide the booking tools, but we are not liable for clinical decisions, delays, or outcomes of a home visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ugandan law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account you also accept that policy.
9. Changes and contact
